I am considering getting something other than an ipod. Actually, dead set; I just cannot conform to white earbuds! And there are several strong contenders worth pondering over.
So here’s to getting idealistic:

Initially I thought I could do with 1GB, now I’m attached to at least 4GB
Light enough to use a lanyard strap around my neck

For months I have been searching for my ‘ideal’ MP3 player. I was thinking iriver would match my desired specs. But after long contemplation, research and personal consultancy, I figured they didn’t have quite what I wanted. These are the three I was seriously considering (in pictured order - iriver T30, iriver H10, iriver N12).
