Everyone is sick here at the moment. There is a dreadful flu going around. Some of the ladies have been bed-ridden for up to 5days. Also, the whole mens ashram (Parama Karuna) are in the same predicament. It’s like survival of the fittest and sacrifice of the selfless type for those that are barely fit. We had planned a retreat weekend for Fri, Sat and Sun (After marathon surprise!),
